receptionist was very friendly, she made no effort to make herself understood only in French and English and not at all in Spanish. we arrived at the hotel, we had problems paying with VISA cards, they asked us to give them cash, making us see that our cards did not work or there was no money on them. Once installed we went back to the reception to clarify what was wrong with the cards and they did a check and confirmed that our cards were correct and told us that we would pay the rest of the bill when we left. For 5 days we were paying with both cards in all kinds of places without any problem. it was time to leave, we went to pay what was due, we had the same problem again. We explained to them how in 5 days the cards worked correctly and that we had the receipts of those purchases, finally after almost half an hour of waiting they recognized that the fault was theirs and solution was that they would charge us after two days through the bank. receptionist's attitude was dry and arid creating the feeling that we did not want to pay as it did not make it easy to find a solution.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and patient and the facilities provided were really comfortable.

Hotel very central to surfers beach, shops and restaurants. Room large, clean and very comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with towelling robes. Rooftop terrace and heated pool amazing with fantastic views of Biarritz. Staff at reception were very helpful and polite. They recommended and booked some lovely restaurants for us.

Impressive and tidy hotel, pleasant views of the Atlantic Ocean. Big size and spotless rooms with great facilities. Exceptionally comfortable bed, very nice staff at the reception desk. Great and stunning location next to Planet Museum of Chocolate. Found in the pretty nice area.

Very welcoming and efficient check-in. Comfortable and quiet room which was well equipped. Good selection of Englush channels on TV. Lively rooftop pool with bar and restaurant from which there were fabulous views over the bay. Magnificent sunset!

The sea view from our room was amazing. The hotel was conveniently located near local attractions.

Great spacious rooms and bathrooms. All mod cons with lovely views. Wonderful roof terrace with panoramic views. Good location for those not averse to walking.

Breakfast overpriced when there is plenty of choice on the doorstep. Bar staff un sophisticated and not always around! No balconies but good windows!

The rooftop bar with the pool had lovely views over the ocean and the gym was well equiped.

The service at the bar was slow and not particulary friendly.

I loved the breakfast at the radisson. Everything was organized, and nothing was out of stock! The rooftop pool offered fantastic views, and the terrace bar was perfect. Easy access from the station.
